At New Attitudes Dance Studios, we believe dance is for everyone. We’re proud to welcome students of all abilities—including those with special needs—into our studio community. Our goal is to create a space where every dancer feels supported, included, and empowered to grow.

We don’t separate students with special needs into isolated classes. Instead, we thoughtfully incorporate all dancers into our regular classes based on age and dance style, ensuring they feel part of the group while receiving the support they need. For students who prefer a smaller, more personalized setting, we offer our Shooting Starz Program—a wonderful option for those students who prefer extra supervision and guidance in a more intimate class environment.

Our instructors recognize the unique strengths and talents that children with special needs bring to the studio. With years of experience working with a wide range of circumstances, our team—including trained assistants—is dedicated to helping every dancer succeed. We’re also happy to work with students outside of class when needed, offering extra support to help them feel confident and comfortable.

Watching these dancers thrive in class—and even perform alongside their peers—is incredibly rewarding for everyone involved. It’s a beautiful reminder of what dance can do: build confidence, foster connection, and celebrate individuality.
